Appointments are scheduled Monday - Friday from 9:00 am - 1:30 pm, and from 3:00 pm to 5:45 pm, and on Saturdays from 9:00 am - 11:45 am. If you are a new client, there are some simple forms to fill out (which can be downloaded here. Please be sure to bring your pet's vaccination records and/or medical history.
When you arrive, let the receptionist know the reason for your pet's visit at the clinic. Once a room is prepared for you, an assistant will call you back to get your pet’s weight, and will show you into an exam room. If your pet is here for an annual physical, an assistant will collect blood or stool samples if needed, and prepare the room for the doctor's arrival. The veterinarian will perform a thorough exam of your pet, vaccinate your pet if needed, and discuss any health concerns with you. Based on your pet's physical exam, the doctor may recommend further testing. We offer many in-house tests with results available the same day, and we also offer in-house digital radiology and ultrasound. Feel free to ask for an estimate of services, if needed, before services are done during your visit.
Once your appointment is over, you may wait up front as the assistants prepare any medications for your pet and enters the provided services and test results into the computer. They will bring any medications to the front desk where one of the staff members will go over any instructions for your pet. If you need a follow-up appointment, you can schedule it as you complete your check out.
