COVID-19 Update
Dear Bon Air Community Members,
Beginning Monday June 15, 2020, we will allow one client per appointment in the building. You are able to call from the parking lot when you arrive for your appointment and one of our staff members will meet you and bring you and your pet inside for treatment. Curbside service is still available for those who prefer it.
Medication and food pick up will continue to be a curbside service. This will allow us to continue providing exceptional care to you and your pets while providing a safe environment for treatment.
WE ASK THAT EVERYONE PLEASE WEAR A MASK IN THE BUILDING. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ONE, WE WILL PROVIDE ONE FOR YOU.
Please see below for helpful tips:
1. APPOINTMENT
- Park in our parking lot and call the front desk at: 804-320-5991.
- A staff member will meet you in the parking lot.
- One client per visit is allowed in the hospital.
- You and your pet will come into the Hospital for treatment.
- After your appointment, you will return to your vehicle and a staff member will check you out over the phone.
2. PRESCRIPTION/DIET REFILLS
- Park in our parking lot and call the front desk at: 804-320-5991.
- A staff member will check you out over the phone.
- We will bring your order out to you in the parking lot.
3. NAIL TRIMS AND ANAL GLAND EXPRESSIONS
Nail trims and anal gland expressions are suspended unless scheduled during a doctor exam until further notice.
4. BOARDING AND BATHS
Boarding and bath are suspended until further notice.
